How to descale the coffee machine?
Fill the water tank with descaling solution and water mixture to the max line per instructions, press the large – cup button (without a capsule) to empty the solution, then refill with fresh water and press the button again to rinse.

Yes. SiFENE coffee machine could brew with Single Serve pods. Our reusable filters have specifically researched 99% of capsules in the market.
Can I fill the tank with hot water?
The water tank of SiFENE coffee machine must be filled with room temperature water of about 77°F (25°C), instead of heated water.
Why does coffee overflow when I used an 8-ounce cup and pointed the 8-ounce button?
The flow rate of the SiFENE coffee machine varies depending on the type of coffee powder. The flow rate calculates by range, not value. 1-2 OZ error in the flow rate of the coffee machine is reasonable.
Why does the lid pop up uncontrollably when I brew coffee? Is the quality of the machine low？
SiFENE coffee makers cannot grind the coffee powder to a finely level, except for the Americano powder. If the powder is too fine, the safety valve will not work. Mixed-use for the tea box and the powder box is not supported!
